If the video fails

If we cannot make your video, even after one automatic retry, you are refunded in full to the card you paid with. It usually reaches your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If the video is not what you ordered

AI video can miss: a face that does not look like the photo, lips that do not match the words, or a broken clip. Contact us on the support page or at support@rapgen.ai within 7 days with your order details and we will refund you or make the video again.

What we cannot refund

Videos that follow your photo and words but are not to your taste, and videos we removed because the photo or words broke our terms (in that case we refund the payment, but the video is gone).

Charged twice or by mistake

Tell us straight away through the support page and we will fix it.
