Email support@rapgen.ai any time. Say which address you signed in with and, for an order, what happened. The same address takes reports and requests to delete your data.

Get help with an order

Sign in and open a ticket at your tickets page. Include what you were trying to do. Your order and videos are linked to your account, so we can find them.

Report a video

If a video shows you without your consent, uses your likeness, or is unlawful or abusive, open a ticket with the title “Report a video” and tell us who you are and what you want done. Reports about someone’s likeness are handled first and we may delete the video straight away.

Delete my data

Open a ticket titled “Delete my data”. We delete your photos, videos and account, keeping only the records the law requires.
