Terms of Service

Last updated 25 October 2026. These terms are between you and rapgen (“we”, “us”). By pressing Make or creating an account you accept them.

What rapgen does

rapgen turns a photo and a short verse into an AI-generated rap video. The video is made by third-party AI video models. Results vary: faces, lip movement and voices are generated by AI and may not look or sound exactly like you hoped.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.

Photos you can upload

Upload only photos of yourself, your pet, or adults who have agreed to appear in the video. Do not upload photos of celebrities or public figures, nudity or sexual content, or anything that could be used to impersonate or harass someone. We may refuse or remove a video, and refund it, if it breaks these rules.

Lyrics you can use

In the rap video you write, use your own words or the verse we generate. Do not use real artists’ names, other people’s song lyrics, threats, hate speech or sexual content. You are responsible for the words you submit.

Template videos

Template videos (for example “Bulin 47” and “I Wanna Love You”) are unofficial fan versions of viral clips. We are not affiliated with the people, labels or platforms behind them, and a result is similar to the clip, not identical. One template plays an excerpt of a commercial song, which remains subject to the rights of its owners: a platform may mute, claim or remove a video that contains it, and you are responsible for following the platform’s rules. Use template videos for personal, non-commercial purposes.

AI-generated content

Every video is AI-generated and is labelled as such. Do not present it as a real recording of a real event, and do not use it to mislead people about who said or did something.

Your video

You keep the rights you have in your photo and your words. You give us permission to process them to make your video. You may share your video, for example on social media. Using it commercially, for example in an advert, needs our written permission.

Payment and refunds

You pay per video; the price is shown before you pay. If we cannot make your video, you are refunded automatically. Other refunds are described in the refund policy.

Reports and removal

If you believe a video is unlawful, infringes your rights or shows you without your consent, tell us on the support page or by email to support@rapgen.ai. We act on reports promptly and may delete the video and the related data.

Our responsibility

rapgen is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any video is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using rapgen after a change means you accept it.
